The GSEZ mineral port is a subsidiary of Gabon Special Economic Zone, a joint venture between Olam International Ltd., the Republic of Gabon and Africa Finance Corporation.

The port is located on Barracuda zone of Owendo, 21 kilometers south from the capital city Libreville.
